अजधजनयम, 1953 (1953 का 29) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्नजलजखत

व्यजियों को रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीन वर्ड की अवजध के जलए अथवा उनके लोक सभा

का सिस्ट्य न रहने तक, िो भी पहले हो, चाय बोडड के सिस्ट्य के रूप में जनयुि करती है और उस प्रयोिन के जलए,

New Delhi, the 16^th December 2024

S.O. 5427(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the

Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central

Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Tea Board, for a period of

three years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or till he ceases

to be the Member of Lok Sabha, whichever is earlier and for that purpose makes the following

further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of

Commerce and Industry, number S.R.O. 944, dated the 17^th day of March, 1954, namely:–

In the said notification, for serial numbers 6 and 7 and the entries relating thereto, the

following serial numbers and the entries shall respectively be substituted, namely: -
