का.आ. 5439(अ).—केन्द्रीय सिकाि, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग अधिधनयम 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िािा 3क की उप-िािा (1) द्वािा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् किते हुए, यह समािान

हो जाने के पश्चात् कक आंध्र प्रदेश िाज्य के कृष्णा धजले में ककमी से भूधम का धवस्ताि. एनएच संख्या 214 (नया एनएच-

165) के 230.100 से 232.300 ककमी पि आिओबी के धनमागण के धलए। लेवल क्रॉससंर् नंबि 52 के बदले में 230.600

औि ककमी 231.700 पि एल.सी.नंबि 3 के बदले में। आंध्र प्रदेश िाज्य में तक के भू-खण्ड के धनमागण (चौड़ीकिण/पेव्ड

शोल्डि सधहत 2-लेन/4-लेन का बनाना आकद), अनुिक्षण, प्रबन्द्िन औि प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत

है धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगन नीचे अनुसूची में कदया र्या है, ऐसी भूधम का अजगन किने के अपने आशय की घोषणा किती है ।

कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3र् की उप-िािा (1) के अिीन पूवोक्त

प्रयोजन के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पि िाजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तािीख से इक्कीस कदन के भीति अपनी

आपधत्त प्रकट कि सकेर्ा ।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपधत्त सक्षम प्राधिकािी, अर्ागत् जॉइंट कलेक्टि कृष्णा को धलधखत रूप मे प्रस्तुत की जाएर्ी औि

उसमें उसके आिाि अधिकधर्त ककए जाएंर्े औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी, आपधत्तकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप मे या ककसी धवधिक

पेशेवि द्वािा सुने जाने का अवसि देर्ा औि ऐसी आपधत्तयों की सुनवाई के पश्चात् तर्ा ऐसी औि जााँच किने के पश्चात्, यकद

कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकािी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वािा या तो आपधत्तयों को अनुज्ञात कि सकेर्ा या अननुज्ञात कि

सकेर्ा ।

उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3र् की उप-िािा (2) के अिीन सक्षम प्राधिकािी द्वािा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश

अंधतम होर्ा ।

इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूधम के िेखांक औि अन्द्य ब्यौिे सक्षम प्राधिकािी के उक्त कायागलय में

उपलब्ि हैं औि उनका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वािा धनिीक्षण ककया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th December, 2024

S.O. 5439(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for

the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building

(widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of ROB in

NH165 in the stretch of land from Km. 230.100 to 232.300 of NH No.214 (New NH - 165) for Construction of

ROB at Km. 230.600 in lieu of level crossing no.52 and at Km 231.700 in lieu of L.C.No. 3 in the district of

KRISHNA in the state of ANDHRA PRADESH, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Joint Collector Krishna in writing

and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being

heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such

further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either

allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
