का.आ. 5447(अ).— राष्ट्रीय न्यास जनयम 2000 के जनयम 5(2) और राष्ट्रीय न्यास जिजनयम 2001

के 4(7) के तहत प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार, आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के

प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से, केंद्र सरकार के जनयमों के अनुसार यथा स्ट्िीकायय यात्रा भत्ता/महंगाई भत्ता के

अजतररि, बोडय की बैठक में उपजस्ट्थत होने के जलए गैर-सरकारी सिस्ट्यों के जलए जसट ंग िुल्क प्रजत दिन 1000/-

रुपये से बढाकर 4000/- रुपये तक और उप सजमजत बैठकों में उपजस्ट्थत होने के जलए आमंजत्रत व्जि या पेिेिर

के जलए जसट ंग िुल्क प्रजत दिन 1000/- रुपए से बढाकर 2500/- रुपये तक करने के जलए सामाजिक न्याय और

अजधकाररता मंत्रालय (दिव यांगिन सिजिकरण जिभाग), भारत सरकार के उपरोि जनयमों और जिजनयमों को

एतिद्वारा संिोजधत करती है।

नो : ऑर ज्म, प्रमजस्ट्तष्क घात, मानजसक मंिता और बहु-दिव्ांगता ग्रस्ट्त व्जियों के कल्याण के जलए राष्ट्रीय

न्यास अजधजनयम, 1999 के गठन के जलए राष्ट्रपजत की सहमजत दिनांक 30 दिसंबर, 1999 को प्राप्त हुई थी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th December, 2024

S.O. 5447(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 5(2) of the

National Trust Rules 2000 and 4(7) of the National Trust Regulation 2001, the Central

Government hereby amends the above Rules and Regulations of the Government of

India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (Department of Empowerment

of Persons with Disabilities) for enhancement of sitting fee from Rs.1,000/- to Rs.

4,000/- for each day for the non-official Members for attending the Board Meeting

and Rs. 1,000/- to Rs. 2,500/- for each day for a person or a professional invited to

attend Sub-committee Meetings in addition to the Travelling Allowance/Dearness

Allowance as may be admissible as per Central Government rules from the date of

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

30^th December, 1999 for its formation.
