का.आ. 5459(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता है दक मेससस टाटा स्ट्टील जलजमटेड द्वारा ओजडिा के
स ंिरगढ़ जिले में कलमंग (पजिम) लौह अयस्ट्क खान से केंि झर जिला में, रूग डीह तक लौह अयस्ट्क स्ट्लरी पाइपलाइन
जबछाया िाना िनजहत में आवश्यक है;
केन्द्रीय सरकार को यह भी प्रतीत होता है दक ऐसी पाइपलाइन जबछाने के उद्देश्य से इसके साथ संलग्न अन सूची में
वर्णसत भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अिसन करना आवश्यक है;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार पेरोजलयम और खजनज़ पाइपलाइन (भूजम उपयोग के अजधकार का अिसन)
अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उसमें उपयोग
अजधकार का अिसन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती है;
उि भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजि रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिनों के भीतर,
उि अजधजनयम की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए सक्षम प्राजधकारी को
आपजत्त कर सकता है;

ऐसा प्रत्येक आपजत्त सक्षम प्राजधकारी अथासत तहसीलिार, कोईरा, जिला- स ंिरगढ़, ओजडिा जपन-770048, (ई-मेल-
[email protected]) को जलजखत रूप में दकया िाएगा और इसमें उसके आधारों को वर्णसत दकया िाएगा और
सक्षम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकतास को उसे व्यजिगत रूप से या दकसी जवजध व्यवसायी द्वारा स नवाई दकए िाने का अवसर िेगा
और ऐसे सभी आपजत्तयों की स नवाई और ऐसे आपजत्तयों अजतररि िांच यदि कोई हो, जिसे सक्षम प्राजधकरी द्वारा
आवश्यक समझने पर आिेि द्वारा की गई हो, के बाि आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता है।
उि अजधजनयम की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई भी आिेि अंजतम
होगा।
इसके साथ संलग्न अन सूची में जनर्िसष्ट भूजम योिना और भूजम के अन्द्य जववरणों का जनरीक्षण सक्षम प्राजधकारी के
उपरोि कायासलय में जहतबद्ध व्यजि द्वारा दकया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th December, 2024
S.O. 5459(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest for
laying of Iron Ore slurry pipeline from the Kalamang (West) Iron Ore Mine in District Sundargarh to Rugudih in
District Keonjhar, Odisha by M/s. Tata Steel Limited;
And whereas it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary
to acquire the right of user in the land described in the Schedule annexed hereto.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette object as to laying of the pipeline under the land to the competent authority, under
sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, the Tahasildar, Koira, District
Sundargarh, Odisha, Pin- 770048, (email: [email protected]) in writing , setting out the grounds thereof and the
competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner,
and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as that authority thinks
necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the said Act shall be final.
The land plan and other details of the land specified in the Schedule annexed herewith can be inspected by
the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

And whereas it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary
to acquire the right of user in the land described in the Schedule annexed hereto.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette object as to laying of the pipeline under the land to the competent authority, under
sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, the Deputy Collector, Collectorate,
Keonjhar, District- Keonjhar, Odisha, Pin- 758001, (email: [email protected]) in writing, setting out the
grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or
by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as that
authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 5 of the said Act shall be final;
The land plan and other details of the land specified in the Schedule annexed herewith can be inspected by
the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
