का.आ. 5487(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग अजधजनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खंड

(क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अजधसूचना के िासकीय रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने की तारीख से, िम्मू

और कश्मीर (केंर िाजसत प्रिेि) राज्य के कुपवाड़ा जिले में नवीन घोजित राष्ट्रीय रािमागग संख्या-701 रफीआबाि-

कुपवाड़ा-चौकीबल-तंगधार-चमकोट रोड़ के दक.मी. 13+000 से दक.मी. 121+420 तक मौिूिा का उन्नयन िो लेन से

चार लेन हेतु उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमिः उजल्लजखत राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से

सम्बजन्द्धत उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (3) की तत्सस्ट्थानी प्रजवजि में जवजनर्िगि भूजम के सम्बन्द्ध में अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) में

उजल्लजखत अजधकाररयों को उि अजधजनयम के अन्द्तगगत सक्षम अजधकाररयों के कृत्सयों का जनष्पािन करने के जलए एतद्द्वारा

सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th December, 2024

S.O. 5487(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the

corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in

column(4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for up gradation of existing 2 lane to 4 lane road

from Km.13+000 to Km. 121+420 to Rafiabad-Kupwara-Chowkibal-Tangdhar-Chamkot Road Newly declared

National Highway NH-701 in the district of Kupwara in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir.
