सजमजत (सीपीसीएसईए) के गठन को अजधसूजचत करते हुए भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में

प्रकाजित की गई र्ी, में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अर्ायत :-

उक् त अजधसूचना में, पैरा सं. 2 को जनम्नित प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा:

“सजमजत का काययकाल उत्तरिती सजमजत के गठन तक िैध रहेगा ।”

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16^th December, 2024

S.O. 5469(E).–––In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1) of the Prevention of

Cruelty of Animals Act, 1960 (59 of 1960), the Central Government hereby makes the following further

amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry

& Dairying Number S.O 4595 (E) dated 2^nd November, 2021, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii) notifying the constitution of the Committee for the

Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals (CPCSEA), namely:-

In the said notification, the para No. 2 shall be replaced as under:-

“The term of the Committee shall be valid till the constitution of the subsequent Committee.”

Note: The present Committee has been reconstituted and published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary
