अंतगित जनजित िजियों के अनुपालन में तथा स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के पत्र सं. U-12015/57/2022-NE-

part (6) दिनांक 22-09-2023, से प्राप्त अनुमोिन के अनुसार क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल सोसाइटी की कायि

पररषि के अध्यक्ष एतिद्वारा क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल के जनजमत, सिायक अजभयंता (जसजवल) की जनयुजि

संबंजधत अधोजलजखत जनयमों-प्रजवजधयों को जनर्मित करते िैं।

1. संजक्षप्त िीषिक और आरंभ –

(i) इन जनयमों को सिायक अजभयंता (जसजवल) (समूि ‘बी’ पि) क्षेत्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्ट्थान, इंफाल जनयुजि जनयम 2023

किा िाएगा।

(ii) ये जनयम आजधकाररक गिट में प्रकािन के उपरांत लागू माने िाएंगे।

2. पिों की संख्या, वगीकरण, पे मैररक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर प्रजवजध अथवा जनयुजि इत्यादि - उपयुि

पिों के संिभि में वगीकरण,

पे- मैररक्स में वेतन स्ट्तर, जनयुजि की प्रजवजध तथा इससे संबंजधत अन्य संलग्न अनुसूजचत (2) से (4) कॉलम में वर्णित के

अनुसार िोंगे।

3. जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता आदि- उपयुि

पि से संबंजधत जनयुजि प्रजवजध, आयु सीमा, योग्यता तथा अन्य

मामले कॉलम (5) से (13) में जनर्ििष्ट के अनुसार िोंगे।

4. अनििता : कोई भी व्यजि –

(क) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/ पत्नी के रिते हुए भी िूसरा जववाि दकया िो अथवा

(ख) जिसने एक िीजवत पजत/पत्नी के रिते हुए भी िूसरा जववाि दकया िो वि उपयुि

पि पर जनयुजि के जलए योग्य

िोगा।

बिते की केंद्रीय सरकार, इस बात से आश्वस्ट्त िो दक उपयुि

जववाि उस व्यजि तथा िूसरी पाटी पर लागू िोने

वाले वैयजिक जनयम के अनुसार अनुमन्य िो तथा ऐसा करने के पीछे अन्य िूसरे भी आधार िो जिसके आधार पर उस

व्यजि को उपयुि

जनयम से मुि दकया िा सके।

5. छूट की िजि : ििााँ केंद्रीय सरकार, इस राय में िो दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा त्वररत िै वे जलजखत रूप में कारणों

को ििि करते हुए उपयुि

जनयम में जनजित दकन्िीं प्राजवधानों को दकसी वगि अथवा कोरट या पि के संिभि में जिजथल कर

सकते िैं।

संरक्षात्मक उपबंध : इन जनयमों के अंतगित ऐसा कुछ भी निी िोगा जिससे अनुसूजचत िाजत, अनुसूजचत िनिाजत तथा

भूतपूवि सेवारत तथा जवजिष्ट कोरट के व्यजियों को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार

आरक्षण, आयुसीमा में छूट तथा अन्य छूट प्रिान दकए गए िोंगे।

के साथ पे-मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-6 में जवभागीय उम्मीिवार

(कजनष्ठ अजभयंता (जसजवल)) का चयन दकया िाता िै,

इसे प्रोन्नजत द्वारा िायर दकया गया माना िाएगा।

यदि जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत/ चयन सजमजत गरठत िै

तो उसका संगठन |

1. जनिेिक, ररम्स, इंफाल- अध्यक्ष

2. स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, भारत

सरकार में ररम्स, इंफाल संबंधी मामलों की

िेखभाल करने वाले जनिेिक/ उप सजचव - सिस्ट्य

3. कायि पररषि के एक सिस्ट्य, ररम्स सोसाइटी,

इंफाल अथवा लाभाथी राज्य का एक नाजमती

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21^st November, 2024.

No. B/RR/2024-RIMS(11).––In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 3(ii) of the Bye-

Laws of the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Manipur and in pursuance of the approval of

the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare conveyed vide letter No. U-12015/57/2022-NE-Part (5) dated 23-

08-2023, the Chairman, Executive Council, Society of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Lecturer in Statistic &

Demography in Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal.

1. Short title and commencement.-

(i) These rules may be called the Regional Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Lecturer in Statistic &

Demography (Group 'B' post) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix- The number of the said post, its classification and

level in pay matrix, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age Limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No Person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds

for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - where the central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the

Ex-servicemen or any other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the

Central Government from time to time in this regard.
