NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18^th December, 2024.

S.O. 5506(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted

Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the

Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution,

Department of Food and Public Distribution, vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8^th February,

2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), namely :-

In the said notification,-

(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 31^st December,

2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 31^st March, 2025” shall be substituted;

(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 31^st December,

2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 31^st March, 2025” shall be substituted.
