का.आ. 5549(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार िे रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संिोधि)अजधजियम
2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमें इसके पिात उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा-20'क की उप-धारा(1)के अधीि
िारी,भारत के रािपत्र,असाधारण, भाग II,खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेलमंत्रालय(रेलवे
बोडा)की अजधसूचिा संख्या 2342 तारीख 26 िूि, 2024 (जिसे इस में इसके पिात उक्त अजधसूचिा कहा गया है)द्वारा
उक्त अजधसूचिा से उपाबद्ध अि सूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम को मध्यप्रिेि राज्य के धार जिले में ग्राम , केिरप रा जिपाजिया,
तहसील सरिारप र में िाहोि –इंिौर बड़ी लाइि िाम की जविेष रेलपररयोििा के जिष्पािि,अि रक्षण,प्रबंधि और प्रचालि
के जलए अपेजक्षत है,ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के आिय की घोषणा की थी।
उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा-20'क की उपधारा (4)के अधीि िैजिक सामाचार पत्रों अथाात
"फ्री प्रेस ििरल" में तारीख 05 ि लाई, 2024 और िई ि जिया,िैजिक भास्ट्कार में तारीख 05 ि लाई, 2024 को प्रकाजित
दकया गया था। और सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त िहीं दकया गया। धारा 20ड की उपधारा(1)के अि सरण में
सक्षम प्राजधकारी िे अपिी ररपोर्ा केंरीय सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर िी है।
अतः अब केंरीय सरकार,सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ड की
उपधारा (1)द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा करती है दक इससे उपावद्ध अि सूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th December, 2024
S.O. 5549(E).—Where as by the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number S.O. 2342 dated the 26th June 2024 published in Gazette of India Extraordinary. Part II,
section-3, Sub-section (ii), of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24of1989)(here in after referred to as the
said Act),the Central Government, has declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed
to the said notification for execution, maintenance, management and operation of land to be acquired with or
without structure for the Special Railway Project, New BG Line project From Dahod - Indore Via, Jhabua,
Sardrapur, dhar and Pithampur (204.76km) in District Dhar, Tehsil Sardarpur Village Kesharpura Nipanya in
the state of Madhya Pradesh. And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily “Free
press Journal” dated 05th July. 2024 and “Nai Duniya”&“Dainik Bhaskar” dated 05th July. 2024 under sub-section
(4) of Section 20A of the said Act. And, whereas, nil objection has been received by the competent authority.
And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the competent authority
has submitted its report to the Central Government;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the power
conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20(E) of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the
lands specified in the Schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the afore said purpose.
And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 20 (E) of the said Act, the Central Government here by
declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed
here to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
