का.आ. 5566(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार िे रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संिोधि) अजधजियम, 2008

(2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पिात उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20‘क’की उपधारा (1)के अधीि िारी, भारत के

रािपत्र, असाधारण भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) तारीख 25 अक्टूबर, 2024 मे प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोडा)

की अजधसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 4661(अ) तारीख 25 अक्टूबर, 2024 (जिसे इसमे इसके पिात उक्त अजधसूचिा कहा गया है), द्वारा

उक्त अजधसूचिा से उपाबध्ि अि सूची मे जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम को, मध्यप्रिेि राज्य के धार जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोििा अर्ाात, िाहोि से

इंिौर िािे वाली िई बीिी लाइि पररयोििा, झाब आ, सरिारप र, धार और जपर्ामप र के मध्य से (204.76 दकमी), मध्य प्रिेि राज्य

के धार जिले में आमखेड़ा गााँव, तहसील धार में िाहोि – इंिौर बड़ी लाइि िाम की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जिष्पािि, अि रक्षण,

प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के जलए अपेजक्षत है,ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के आिय की घोषणा की र्ी।

और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20‘क’की उपधारा(4)के अधीि िैजिक समाचार पत्रों अर्ाात “फ्री

प्रेस, टाइम्स िेिि” तर्ा “राि पजत्रका” में तारीख 02 िवम्बर, 2024 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा।

और, आमखेड़ा गााँव में आक्षेप प्राप्त हुए और उि पर जवचार दकया गया और आक्षेप का जििाि दकया गया है तर्ा सक्षम

अजधकारी द्वारा तिि सार आिेि पाररत कर िीये गये हैं।

और, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20‘ड’ की उपधारा (1) के अि सरण मे सक्षम प्राजधकारी िे अपिी ररपोटा केन्द्रीय सरकार को

प्रस्ट्त त कर िी है।

अत: अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20 ‘ड’की

उपधारा(1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक इससे उपाबध्ि अि सूची मे जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम पूवोक्त

प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी।

और यह दक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजियम दक धारा 20‘ड’दक उपधारा (2) के अि सरण मे यह घोषणा करती है दक रािपत्र

मे इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकाजित होिे पर इस से उपाबध्ि अि सूची मे जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमो से म क्त होकर केन्द्रीय सरकार मे

आतयांदकत रूप से जिजहत हो िाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 26th December, 2024

S.O. 5566(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways

(Railway Board), number, S.O. 4661(E) dated the 25^th October 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part

II, section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 25^th October, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification ) and issued

under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as

the said Act), the Central Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to

the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project,

namely new BG line project from Dahod to Indore (through Jhabua, Sardarpur, Dhar and Pithampur) in Dhar district

Tehsil Dhar Village Amkheda in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily News Papers ― “Free Press,

Times Nation”& “Raj Express, Patrika” dated 2^nd November 2024 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said

Act.

And whereas, in Amkheda village objections were received, considered and the objections have been

resolved and competent Authority have passed the orders accordingly;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its

report to the Central Government;

Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in

the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed

hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.

SCHEDULE

Brief description, with or without structure, of the land under acquisition that will be affected for the

construction of the new BG line project from Dahod to Indore (through Jhabua, Sardarpur, Dhar and

Pithampur) in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh state.
