का.आ. 5615(अ).—रेलवे अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा (आई) द्वारा प्रित्त
िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संिोधि अध्यािेि 2008 (इसके बाि उि के रूप में संिर्भात दकया गया है) अजधजियम), केंद्र
सरकार, इस बात से संत ष्ट होिे के बाि दक सावािजिक उद्देय के जलए, भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण यहां संलग्न अि सूिी में
दिया गया है, जविेष रेलवे पररयोििा, अर्ाात् जमयागाम किाि-लकोिरा के जिष्पािि के जलए आवयक है। ग िरात राज्य
के जिला वडोिरा में फ्लाईओवर किेक्िि लाइि पररयोििा, इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करिे के अपिे इरािे की
घोषणा करती है;
उि भूजम में रुजि रखिे वाला कोई भी व्यजि, आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूििा के प्रकािि की तारीख से
तीस दििों की अवजध के भीतर, उप-धारा (आई) के तहत उपरोि उद्देय के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग पर
आपजत्त उठा सकता है। उि अजधजियम की धारा 20डी;
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाात् सिम प्राजधकारी और प्रांत अजधकारी करिि, पहली मंजिल,
ताल का सेवासिि करिि, एिएि -48 के पास, करिि, जिला वडोिरा को जलजखत रूप में की िाएगी और उसके आधार
और सिम प्राजधकारी को जिधााररत दकया िाएगा। आपजत्तकताा को व्यजिगत रूप से या कािूिी व्यवसायी द्वारा स िवाई का
अवसर दिया िाएगा और दिया िा सकता है। ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को स ििे के बाि और ऐसी आगे की िांि करिे के बाि,

यदि कोई हो, सिम प्राजधकारी आवयक समझे, आिेि द्वारा, या तो आपजत्तयों को अि मजत िें या अस्ट्वीकार करें;
उि अजधजियम की धारा 20(डी) की उपधारा (II) के तहत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई भी आिेि अंजतम होगा;
इस अजधसूििा के अंतगात आिे वाली भूजम की भूजम योििा और अन्य जववरण उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छ क व्यजि
सिम प्राजधकारी के उपरोि कायाालय में इसका जिरीिण कर सकते हैं।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 27th December, 2024
S.O. 5615(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) Amendment ordinance 2008 (herein after referred as the said act), the Central Government, after
being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed
hereto, is required for execution of the Special Railway Project, namely, Miyagam Karjan-lakodara flyover connection
line Project in District Vadodara in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquired such land ;
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section(I) of section 20D of the said Act;
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Competent authority and Prant
Officer Karjan, 1st floor, Taluka Sevasadan Karjan, Near NH-48, Karjan, District Vadodara,in writing and shall set
out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in
person or by legal practitioner and may. After hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if
any as the competent authority thinks necessary , by order, either allow or disallow the objections;
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section(II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be
final;
The land plan and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
