का.आ. 5611(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि

हो जािे के पश्चात् कक उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य के र्ोंडा धजले में 84 कोसी पररक्रमा मार्ग पैकेज-V NH227B के कक.मी.

140.960 (पतरंर्ा) स कक.मी.160.200 (बहुवि मदार मांझा) तक के भू-खण्ड के धिमागण (चौड़ीकरण/पेव्ड शोल्डर सधहत

2-लेि/4-लेि का बिािा आकद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत है धजसका

संधक्षप्त वणगि िीचे अिुसूची में कदया र्या है, ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आशय की घोषणा करती है ।

कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (1) के अिीि पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख से इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी

आपधत्त प्रकट कर सकेर्ा ।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आपधत्त सक्षम प्राधिकारी, अर्ागत् धवशेष भूधम अध्याधप्त अधिकारी, र्ोंडा को धलधखत रूप मे प्रस्तुत

की जाएर्ी और उसमें उसके आिार अधिकधर्त ककए जाएंर्े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप मे या

ककसी धवधिक पेशेवर द्वारा सुिे जािे का अवसर देर्ा और ऐसी आपधत्तयों की सुिवाई के पश्चात् तर्ा ऐसी और जााँच करिे

के पश्चात्, यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अिुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या

अििुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा ।

उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3र् की उप-िारा (2) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश

अंधतम होर्ा ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2024

S.O. 5611(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways

Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for

the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building

(widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), maintenance, management and operation of 84 kosi

Parikrama Marg PKG-V NH-227B in the stretch of land from Km. 140.960 (Patranga) to Km. 160.200

(Bahuvan Madar Manjha) in the district of GONDA in the state of UTTAR PRADESH, hereby declares its

intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, SLAO, Gonda in writing and shall

set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either

in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if

any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
