का.आ. 5608(अ).—केन्द्रीय सिकाि, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग अधिधनयम 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िािा 3क की उप-िािा (1) द्वािा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् किते हुए, यह समािान

हो जाने के पश्चात् कक महािाष्ट्र िाज्य के सतािा धजले में िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग संख्या 965 के 117 कक.मी. से 176

कक.मी. (िाजूिी-पपंपिे बुरक तक) के भू-खण्ड के धनमागण (चोड़ाकिने बाइपासो सधहत चाि/ छह लेन का बनाने, आकद),

अनुिक्षण, प्रबन्द्िन औि प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के धलए वह भूधम अपेधक्षत है धजसका संधक्षप्त वणगन नीचे अनुसूची में कदया

र्या है, ऐसी भूधम का अजगन किने के अपने आशय की घोषणा किती है ।

कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो उक्त भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3र् की उप-िािा (1) के अिीन पूवोक्त

प्रयोजन के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पि िाजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तािीख से इक्कीस कदन के भीति

अपनी आक्षेप कि सकेर्ा ।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षमप्राधिकािी, अर्ागत् उपधजल्हाधिकािी (भूसंपादन) संख्या 16 सतािा, भूसंपादन भवन, भाितीय

स्टेट बँक, कलेक्टोिेट शाखा के नजदीक, 52 ए, सदिबझाि, सतािा- धपन - 415001 को धलधखत रूप मे प्रस्तुत की जाएर्ी

औि उसमें उसके आिाि अधिकधर्त ककए जाएंर्े औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी, आक्षेपकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप मे या ककसी धवधिक

पेशेवि द्वािा सुने जाने का अवसि देर्ा औि ऐसी आक्षोपों की सुनवाई किने के पश्चात् तर्ा ऐसी औि जाँच किने के पश्चात्,

यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकािी आवश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वािा या तो आक्षोपों को अनुज्ञात कि सकेर्ा या अननुज्ञात

कि सकेर्ा ।

उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3र् की उप-िािा (2) के अिीन सक्षम प्राधिकािी द्वािा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश

अंधतम होर्ा ।

इस अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत आने वाली भूधम के िेखांक औि अन्द्य ब्यौिे सक्षम प्राधिकािी के उक्त कायागलय में

उपलब्ि हैं औि उनका धहतबद्ध व्यधक्तयों द्वािा धनिीक्षण ककया जा सकता है ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2024

S.O. 5608(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways

Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for

the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building

(widening/4/6 Laning including bypasses etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.

965 in the stretch of land from Km 117 to Km176 (Rajuri - Pimpre Budruk Section) in the district of SATARA in the

state of MAHARASHTRA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land,

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of

section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) No.

16 Satara, Bhusampadan Bhavan, Near State Bank Of India Collectorate Branch, 52-A, Sadar Bazzar, Satara. Pin -

415001 in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an

opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and

after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or

disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
