का.आ. 5616(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त

अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 (क) की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (पजश्चम रेलवे) की

अजधसूिना संख्या का. आ. 4789 (ई), तारीख 24 अक्टूबर, 2024 द्वारा िारी और भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II

, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii), तारीख 04 नवम्बर, 2024 में प्रकाजित अजधसूिना से उपाबद्ध अन सूिी में जवजनर्ििष्ट भूजम को,

महाराष्ट्र राज्य के पालघर जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोिना अर्ाित, महाराष्ट्र राज्य में म ंबई िहर पररवहन पररयोिना – III

के अंतगित जवरार – डहाणू रोड स्ट्र्ानकों के िरम्यान तीसरी एवं िौर्ी रेलवे लाइन के जनष्पािन, अन रक्षण, प्रबंध और

प्रिालन के जलए अर्िित करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की र्ी;

और, उक्त अजधसूिना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उपधारा (4) के अधीन िैजनक समािार पत्रों,

अर्ाित, “दि फ्री प्रेस िनिल” (अंग्रेिी), तारीख 10 नवम्बर, 2024 और “लोकमत” (मराठी) तारीख 10 नवम्बर, 2024 को

प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा; और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं दकए गए र्े;

और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (1) के अन सरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को

अपनी ररपोटि सौंप िी है;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटि के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ङ

की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुऐ, यह घोषणा करती है की इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूिी में जवजनर्ििष्ट

भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िित की िायेगी;

यह और दक केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ङ की उपधारा (2) के अन सरण में यह घोषणा करती है

की इस अजधसूिना के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूिी में जवजनर्ििष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों से म क्त होकर

केन्द्रीय सरकार में आत्यंजतक रूप से जनजहत हो िायेगी ।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 24th December, 2024

S.O. 5616(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways

(Western Railway), number S.O. 4789 (E), dated 24^th October, 2024 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 4^th November, 2024 and issued under the sub-section(1) of section 20A

of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its

intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance,

management and operation of a Special Railway Project namely, Quadrupling of Virar-Dahanu Corridor on Western

Railway, of MUTP III Projects in the district of Palghar in the State of Maharashtra;

And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers namely,

“The Free Press Journal” (English), dated the 10^th November, 2024 and “Lokmat” (Marathi) dated the 10^th November,

2024 under the sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;

And whereas, no objections were received by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Central Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section(1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the

schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section(2) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed

hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
