का.आ. 5642(अ).—रेलवे अजधजनयम 1989 (1989 का 24), की धारा 20ए की उप-धारा(I) द्वारा प्रद्त्त िजि का प्रयोग
करते हुए (इसके बाद उि अजधजनयम के रूप में संदर्भित), केंद्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होने के बाद दक साविजनक उद्देश्य के जलए
भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची में ददया गया है, जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना अथाित् आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के गुंटूर
जिले में “गुंटूर – बीबीनगर स्ट्टेिनों के बीच रेलवे लाइन दोहरीकरण ”, के जनष्पादन, अनुरिण, प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के जलए आवश्यक
है, एतदद्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करने की अपनी इच्छा की घोषणा करता है.
उिभूजम में जहतप्रद्ध कोई भी व्यजि, उपयुि
अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धार(I) के अंतगित उपयुि
उद्देश्य के जलए
ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग के संबंध में सरकारी रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस (30) ददनों की
अवधी के भीतर भू-अििन में अपनी आपजत दिि करा सकता है.
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत, सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाित् रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी, गुंटूर, गुंटूर जिला को जलजखत रूप में दी िाएगी और
उसके आधारों को जनधािररत की िाएगी तथा सिम प्राजधकारी एवं गुंटूर जिला के रािस्ट्व मंडल अजधकारी आपजतकताि को व्यजिगत
रूप से या कानूनी व्यवसायी द्वारा सुनवाई का अवसर देगा और ऐसी सभी आपजतयों को सुनने के बाद तथा आगे ऐसी िांच करने के
बाद, यदद सिम प्राजधकारी यह आवश्यक समझता है तो वह दकसी आदेि द्वारा आपजत को स्ट्वीकार या अस्ट्वीकार कर सकता है.
उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उप-धारा (II) के अंतगित सिम प्राजधकारी का कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा.

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 18th December, 2024
S.O. 5642(E).—in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 20-A of the
Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after
being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule
annexed hereto, is required for execution of the special railway project, Doubling of railway line between
Guntur – Bibinagar Stations in Guntur District in the state of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its intention
to acquire such land
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of
publication of this notification in the official gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land
for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section 20(D) of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely Revenue Divisional
Officer Guntur, Guntur District in writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent
Authority and Revenue Divisional Officer, Guntur of Guntur District shall give the objector an opportunity
of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after
making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by, order, either allow or
disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act
shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land under this notification are available and can be
inspected by the interested persons at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
