S.O. 5646(E). —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the

Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of

January, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, shall come into force.
