NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2025

S.O. 02(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the

Telecommunications (Right of Way) Rules, 2024, the Central Government, in public interest, hereby

notifies the “BharatNet”, as a special project for the establishment of telecommunication network.

2.

This notification shall come into force on the 1^st day of January, 2025.
