का.आ. 20(अ).— आयकर अजधजनयम, 1961 (1961 का 43) (एतजममन पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम के रूप में

संिर्भित) की धारा 197क की उपधारा (1च) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा अजधसूजचत

करती है दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 10 के खंड (46ख) के उप-खंड (ii) में जनर्ििष्ट, केन्द्द्र सरकार द्वारा स्ट्थाजपत और पूणितः

जित्तपोजित और राष्ट्रीय क्रेजडट गारंटी रस्ट्टी कंपनी जलजमटेड द्वारा प्रबंजधत क्रेजडट गारंटी जनजध द्वारा प्राप्त भुगतानों पर उक्त

अजधजनयम के अध्याय XVII के अंतगित आयकर की कोई कटौती नहीं की िाएगी।

2. यह अजधसूचना रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2025

(INCOME-TAX)

S.O. 20(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1F) of section 197A of the

Income-tax Act,1961 (43 of 1961) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby

notifies that no deduction of income-tax under Chapter XVII of the said Act shall be made on the payments

received by a credit guarantee fund established and wholly financed by the Central Government and

managed by the National Credit Guarantee Trustee Company Limited as referred to in sub-clause (ii) of

clause (46B) of section 10 of the said Act.

2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
