का.आ. 26(अ).—िबदक भारत सरकार को, लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक आंध्र प्रिेि राज्य में
पेरोजलयम पिार्थों के पररविन के जलए "कृष्णापट्टनम, (आंध्र प्रिेि) से मलकापुर (िैिराबाि - तेलंगाना) तक पाइपलाइन
पररयोिना के दियान्वयन िेतु भारत पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइप लाइन जबछाई िाना आवश्यक िै।
और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक, उस भूजम में
जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाई िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै और इस अजधसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णित िै, उपयोग के
अजधकार का अििन दकया िाए।
अतः अब, भारत सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन)
अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम में
उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै;
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में जितबध्ि िै, उस तारीख से जिसको उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3
की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के रािपत्र में यर्था प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध
करा िी िाती िै, 21 दिन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाए िाने के सम्बन्ध में, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, "कृष्णपट्नम -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st December, 2024
S.O. 26(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Government of India, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of the Petroleum Products from “Krishnapatnam, (S.P.S.R Nellore, Andhra Pradesh) to
Malkapur (Hyderabad, Telangana) State, Pipelines should be laid by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.
And, whereas, it appears to the Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipelines, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipelines is proposed to be laid, and which is
described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Government of India hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date
of which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the
Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user
therein for laying under the Land to Competent Authority & Special Deputy Collector on Deputation from the State of
Andhra Pradesh, for Krishnapatnam – Hyderabad Pipeline Project, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, D.No.17,
Istakameswari Swamy Temple Road, Sreeramapuram, Gurazala, Palnadu District - 522415, Andhra Pradesh State.
