रेलर्े अजधजियम एक हिार िौ सौ िर्ासी की धारा बीस ए के तहत सूचिा

का.आ. 34(अ).—रेलर्े (संिोधि) अजधजियम, 1989 (24/89) (जिसे इसके बाद उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा

20A की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों के तहत, केंद्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट होिे के बाद कक सार्विजिक उद्देश्य के जलए, भूजम,

जिसका संजिप्त जर्र्रण यहां संलग्न अिुसूची में कदया गया है, जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोििा के जिष्पादि के जलए आर्श्यक है, अर्ावत्, आंध्र

प्रदेि राज्य के जर्िाखापत्तिम जिले में "गंगार्रम पोटव – जर्िाखपट्टिम इस्ट्पात संयत्र के बीच टाई लाइि सजहत र्ड्लापुडी (र्ीडीपीडी)

- गेट िंक्िि केजबि (िीिेसी) के बीच तीसरी और चौर्ी लाइि (12.04 कक.मी.)", इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करिे का

इरादा घोजषत करती है।

उक्त भूजम में रुजच रखिे र्ाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस कदि की अर्जध के

भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20D की उपधारा (1) के अधीि पूर्ोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण पर आपजत्त उठा

सकेगा।

प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ावत जर्िेष भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी, "गंगार्रम पोटव – जर्िाखपट्टिम इस्ट्पात संयत्र के

बीच टाई लाइि सजहत र्ड्लापुडी (र्ीडीपीडी) - गेट िंक्िि केजबि (िीिेसी) के बीच तीसरी और चौर्ी लाइि (12.04 कक.मी.)", को

जलजखत रूप में प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगी और उसके आधार जिधावररत ककए िाएंगे और सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकताव को चाहे र्ह व्यजक्तगत

रुप से हो या किर ककसी जर्जध व्यर्सायी के माध्यम से, सुिर्ाई का अर्सर देगा, और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को सुििे के बाद और

आर्श्यक आगे की िांच, यकद कोई हो, करिे के बाद, िैसा कक सिम प्राजधकारी आर्श्यक समझे, आदेि द्वारा, आपजत्तयों को स्ट्र्ीकार

या अस्ट्र्ीकार कर सकता है।

उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20D की उपधारा (2) के अंतगवत सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया कोई भी आदेि अंजतम होगा।

इस अजधसूचिा के अंतगवत आिे र्ाली भूजम की भूजम योििाएं और अन्य जर्र्रण उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छुक व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम

प्राजधकारी के उपरोक्त कायावलय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Bhubaneswar, the 3rd January, 2025

Notice under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989

S.O. 34(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways

(Amendment) Act, 1989 (24/89) (hereinafter referred as the said Act.), the Central Government, after being

satisfied that for the public purpose, the Land, brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed

here to ,is required for the execution of Special Railway Project, namely, “3rd & 4th Line between

Vadlapaudi (VDPD)- Gate Jn. Cabin (GJC) including Tie Line between Gangavaram Port – Visakhapatnam

Steel Plant (12.04 Km.)” in Visakhapatnam district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, hereby declares its

intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of

publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition of such land for the

aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely. Spl. Land Acquisition Officer,

3rd & 4th Line between Vadlapaudi (VDPD)- Gate Jn. Cabin (GJC) including Tie Line between

Gangavaram Port – Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (12.04 Km.)” in writing, and shall set out grounds thereof

and competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or through a

legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry, if any,

as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of 20D of the said Act shall be

final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.

Brief description of land (Annexure-I) attached here with to be acquired with or without structures, for

Special Railway Project, namely 3rd & 4th Line between Vadlapaudi (VDPD)- Gate Jn. Cabin (GJC)

including Tie Line between Gangavaram Port – Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (12.04 Km.)” in Visakhapatnam
