का.आ. 92(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेलवे (संिोधि) अजधजियम 2008 (2008 का 11वां) (जिसे इसमें इसके

पियात उक्त अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 (क) की उप धारा (1) के अधीि िारी, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण,

भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड-(ii), दििांक 8 िवंबर, 2024 में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (उत्तर पजिम रेलवे

जिमााण जवभाग) की अजधजियम संख्या का आ. 4864 (अ) दििांक 08 िवंबर, 2024 (जिसे इसके पिात् उक्त अजधसूचिा

कहा गया है), द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचिा से उपाबद्ध अिूसूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम को, गुिरात राज्य के महेसाणा जिले में जविेष

रेल पररयोििा, अर्ाात “तरंगा जहल –अंबािी-आबू रोड िई बड़ी रेल लाइि की जविेष रेल पररयोििा” के जिष्पािि,

अिुरक्षण, प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के प्रयोिि के जलए अपेजक्षत है, ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की

गई र्ी;

और, उक्त अजधसूचिा का सार अजधजियम की धारा 20 अ की उपधारा (4) के अधीि िैजिक समाचार पत्रों,

अर्ाात ‘‘दिव्य भास्ट् कर” में तारीख 22 िवंबर, 2024 और और संिेि में तारीख 22 िवंबर, 2024 को प्रकाजित दकया गया

र्ा;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी को इस पररयोििा में तय समय में कोई भी आक्षेप, प्राप्त िहीं हुए।

और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी िे उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20ड़ की उप-धारा (1) के अिुसरण में, अपिी ररपोर्ा केंरीय

सरकार को प्रस्ट्तुत कर िी है;

अत:, अब, केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोर्ा के प्राप्त होिे पर और उक्त अजधजियम, की धारा 20ड़

की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है की इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट

भूजम पूवोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए अर्िात की िाएगी;

और इसके अजतररक्त केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20इ की उप-धारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह

घोषणा करती है दक इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित होिे पर इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में जवजिर्िाष्ट भूजम सभी

जवल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर, पूणा रूप से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जिजहत हो िाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, 30 December, 2024

S.O. 92(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railway (North

Western Railway Construction), S.O. No. 4864 (E) dated 08 November, 2024 published in Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) on dated 8 November, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the said

notification) under sub-section (i) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the

said Act), the Central Government, declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the

said notification for execution, maintenance and operation of the Special Railway Project, namely "Taranga Hill –Abu

Road Via Ambaji (116.65 km ) NEW BG LINE Project District- Mehsana in the State of Gujarat

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily newspapers namely “Divya

bhaskar” and Sandesh on date 22 November, 2024 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act;

And, whereas, no objection were received by the Competent Authority within due time.

And, whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Competent Authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government.

Now therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands

specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And, further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed here

to shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
