सा.का.जन. 12(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा सुरक्षा बल अजधजनयम, 1968 (1968 का 47) की धारा 141 की

उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) और खंड (ग) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, गृह मंत्रालय,

सीमा सुरक्षा बल, (योधक आिुजलजपक काडर), समूह 'क' और समूह 'ख' पि, भती जनयम, 2019 में संिोधन करने के जलए

जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाात:-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.-(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, सीमा सुरक्षा बल,

(योद्धक आिुजलजपक काडर), समूह 'क' तथा समूह 'ख' पि, भती (संिोधन) जनयम-2025 है।

(2)

ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

गृह मंत्रालय, सीमा सुरक्षा बल (योद्धक आिुजलजपक काडर), समूह 'क' तथा समूह 'ख' पि भती जनयम-2019 में:-

(क) जनयम-5 में, “सत्तावन वर्ा”, िब्ि िहां कहीं वे आते हैं, के स्ट्थान पर “साि वर्ा” िब्ि रखे िांएगे।

(ख) अनुसूची में :-

(i) सहायक कमांडेंट (जनिी सजचव) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, स्ट्तंभ (11) में,

(क) िीर्ाक "प्रोन्नजत द्वारा” के अधीन “तीन वर्ों” िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर, “पांच वर्ों” िब्ि रखे िांएगे;

(ख) िीर्ाक “प्रोन्नजत द्वारा” और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात जनम्नजलजखत ठटप्पण अंतःस्ट्थाजपत

दकया िाएगा, अथाातः-

“ठटप्पण-1: गृह मंत्रालय, सीमा सुरक्षा बल, (योद्धक आिुजलजपक काडर), समूह 'क' तथा समूह 'ख' पि,

भती (संिोधन) जनयम-2025 के प्रारंभ होने की तारीख को जनयजमत आधार पर जनरीक्षक (जनिी

सहायक) का पि धारण करने वाले पिधाठरयों के जलए पात्रता सेवा, ग्रेड में तीन वर्ा की जनयजमत सेवा

होगी;

(ग)

ठटप्पण को “ठटप्पण-2” के रूप में संख्यांदकत दकया िाएगा;

(ii)

जनरीक्षक (जनिी सहायक) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने, स्ट्तंभ (11) में, ठटप्पण-3

में, "52 वर्ा" अंकों और िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर "छप्पन वर्ा" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे।

(iii)

उपजनरीक्षक (आिुजलजपक) के पि से संबंजधत क्रम संख्या-4 के सामने, स्ट्तंभ (11) में ठटप्पण-3 में,

"52 वर्ा" अंको और िब्िों के स्ट्थान पर, "छप्पन वर्ा" िब्ि रखे िाएंगे।

NOTIFICAION

New Delhi, the 1st January, 2025

G.S.R. 12(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (b) and (c) of sub-

section (2) of section 141 of the Border Security Force Act,1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes

the following rules to amend the Ministry of Home Affairs, Border Security Force,(Combatised Stenographers Cadre),

Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2019, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Border Security

Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment (Amendment)

Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Border Security Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group ‘A’ and

Group ‘B’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2019, -

(a) in rule 5, for the words “fifty-seven years” wherever they occur, the words “sixty years” shall be

substituted ;

(b) in the Schedule, -

(i)

against serial number 2 relating to the post of Assistant Commandant (Personal Secretary),

in column (11),-

(A) under the heading “By Promotion”, for the words “three years”, the words “five years” shall be

substituted;

(B) after the heading “By Promotion” and the entries relating thereto, the following note shall be inserted,

namely: -

“Note1: The eligibility service for the incumbents holding the post of Inspector (Personal

Assistant) on regular basis on the date of commencement of the Ministry of Home Affairs,

Border Security Force, (Combatised Stenographers Cadre), Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ Posts,

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025 shall be three years of regular service in the grade”;

(C) the Note shall be numbered as “Note 2” thereof;

(ii)

against serial number 3 relating to the post of Inspector (Personal Assistant), in column (11),

in Note 3, for the figures and word “52 years”, the words “fifty-six years” shall be substituted;

(iii)

against serial number 4 relating to the post of Sub-Inspector(Steno), in column (11) in Note 3,

for the figures and word “52 years”, the words “fifty-six years” shall be substituted.
