Subject: Amendment in Para 6.06 of HBP, 2023- Regarding
F. No. 01/92/180/42/AM25/PC-6/E-40655.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraphs 1.03 and
2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby
makes the following amendments in Para 6.06 (c) (ii) and Para 6.06 (c) (iii) of HBP, 2023:

2. Effect of this Public Notice:
To bring parity with provisions of Chapter 4 of the FTP/HBP, 2023 the provisions of Para 6.06 (c)(ii) and Para
