का.आ. 141(अ).—पेरोजलयम जनयमावली, 2002 के जनयम 16 (1) के अंतगगत प्रित् त िजियों का प्रयोग

करते हुए तथा पत्तन, पोत पररवहन और िलमागग मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 30 दिसंबर, 2020 की

अजधसूचना सं.का.आ.4776 (असा.) के क्रम में केन्‍द र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा लोकजहत में पेरोजलयम का आयात करने

की आवश् यकता के मद्देनिर, पत्तनों पर नौचालन सुरक्षा सजमजत (एनएसपीसी) के दिनांक 01.11.2021 के

प्रमाण-पत्र सं.एनएसपीसी/047/2022 में अनुमत प्रचालनों के अनुसार, गुिरात में हाजिरा पत्तन, {मैससग अडानी

हाजिरा पत्तन जलजमटेड} हेतु समुर मागग से भारत में पेरोजलयम के आयात के जलए अजधसूचना को दिनांक

31.10.2024 से 31.12.2025 तक की अवजध के जलए जवस्ट् ताररत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th January, 2025

S.O. 141(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16(1) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002,

and in continuation of the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways

S.O. 4776(E) dated 30^th December, 2020, the Central Government, in consideration of the necessity to

import petroleum in public interest, hereby extends the notification for Hazira Port in Gujarat {M/s Adani

Hazira Port Limited} for importing petroleum into India by sea in accordance with operations permitted in

Navigational Safety at Ports Committee (NSPC) certificate number NSPC/047/2022 dated 01.11.2021 for

the period from 31.10.2024 to 31.12.2025.
