का.आ. 193(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त

अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क के उपखंड (I) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुये, ये समाधाि हो िािे के पश्चात्

कक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, यह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूिी में कदया गया है, गुिरात राज्य के जिला

कच्छ में सामाजखयाली गांधीधाम पररयोििा की िई तीसरी और िौथी ब्रॉड गेि लाइि प्रदाि करिे के जलए िोड़िा को

भूजम अजधग्रहण पररयोििा के जिष्पादि के जलये आव‍यक है, ऐसी भूजम के अिाि करिे के आिय की घोषणा करती है।

उक्त भूजम के जलये इछक कोई व्यजक्त, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूििा के प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस कदि के भीतर, उक्त

अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीि उपयुाक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और उपयोग के संबंध में

आिेप कर सकेगा।

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी अथाात्, प्रांत अजधकारी, भिाऊ,जिला कच्छ को जलजखत रुप में ककया िाएगा

िो कक आिेप का आधार होगा। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताा को व्यजक्तगत रुप से या कािुिी प्रेजटिििर के माध्यम से सुिवाई

का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुिवाई और िांि करिे के पश्चात्, यकद आव‍यक समझे तो, आदेि द्वारा

या तो आिेपों के जलये अिुमजत देगा या अिुमजत प्रदाि िही करेगा।

उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा कदया गया आदेि अंजतम होगा।

इस अजधसूििा के अधीि आिे वाली भूजम की भूजम योििा और अन्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध हैं और इछुक व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम

प्राजधकारी के उक्त उल्लेजखत कायाालय में उिका जिरीिण ककया िा सकता है।

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 10th January, 2025

S.O. 193(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(I) of section 20A of the Railways Act,

1989(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred in as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public

purpose, the land, the brief description of which has given in the schedule annexed hereto, is required for execution of

the Special Railway Project, namely, Connecting to provide New 3^rd and 4^th Brode Guage line of Samakhiali

Gandhidham Project in District Kutch in the State of Gujarat, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for a foresaid purpose under

sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act:

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Prant Officer- Bhachau, District Kutch,

in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of

being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such

further enquiry, if any as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (II) of section 20(D) of the said act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected

by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
