का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार इसके द्वारा सरकार की अजधसूचना में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है भारत के सड़क पररवहन और

रािमागग मंत्रालय संख्या एस.ओ.346 (ई) दिनांक 14 फ़रवरी 2011, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii), दिनांक

2 फरवरी में, प्रकाजित, 2011 एवं संिोधन रािपत्र संख्या एस.ओ. 2684 (ई) दिनांक 20 अक्टूबर, 2014 और संिोधन रािपत्र संख्या

एस.ओ.1330 (ई) दिनांक 19 मई 2015 और संिोधन रािपत्र संख्या एस.ओ.2905 (ई) दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर 2015 अर्ागत्:

एस.ओ.2905 (ई) दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर, 2015 में अजधसूचना की प्रस्ट्तावना में, िब्ि " जविेष जिला रािस्ट्व अजधकारी, भूजम अजधग्रहण,

राष्ट्रीय रािमागग, कुड्डालोर” जविेष जिला रािस्ट्व अजधकारी, भूजम अजधग्रहण, राष्ट्रीय" रािमागग, जवल्लुपुरम" प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकया िाएगा।

फुट नोट: मुख्य अजधसूचना क्रमांक द्वारा प्रकाजित की गई र्ी एस.ओ 346 (ई) दिनांक 14 फ़रवरी, 2011, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण,

भाग-2, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii), दिनांक 2 फरवरी में, प्रकाजित, 2011 एवं संिोधन रािपत्र संख्या एस.ओ. 2684 (ई) दिनांक 20 अक्टूबर,

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025

S.O. 212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National

Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O.346 (E)

dated the 14^th February, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part–II, Section 3, Sub Section

(ii), dated the 14^th February, 2011 and Amendment Gazette No.S.O.2684(E) dated the 20^th October, 2014 and

the Amendment Gazette No.S.O.1330(E) dated the 19^th May, 2015 and the Amendment Gazette No.S.O.

2905 (E) dated the 26^th October, 2015 namely: In the preamble of notification in S.O.2905 (E) dated the 26^th

October, 2015, for the words “Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways,

Cuddalore”, the words “Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Villupuram”

shall be substituted.

Foot Note: The principal notification was published vide number S.O.346 (E) dated the 14^th February, 2011,

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 14^th February,

2011, Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 2684 (E) dated the 20^th October, 2014, the Amendment Gazette No.

S.O. 1330(E) dated the 19^th May, 2015 and the Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 2905 (E) dated the

26^th October, 2015.
