मंत्रालय संख्या एस.ओ. 508 (ई) दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 2007, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii), दिनांक 2 अप्रैल,

में प्रकाजित, 2007 एवं संिोधन रािपत्र संख्या एस.ओ. 23(ई) दिनांक 4 िनवरी, 2008 औरएवं संिोधन रािपत्र संख्या एस.ओ.

2125(ई) दिनांक 29 िनवरी, 2024 अर्ागत्: अजधसूचना की प्रस्ट्तावना में एस.ओ. 23 (ई) दिनांक 4 िनवरी, 2008 िब्िों के जलए

"जविेष जिला रािस्ट्व अजधकारी, सेलम”, िब्ि "जविेष जिला रािस्ट्व अजधकारी, भूजम अजधग्रहण, राष्ट्रीय रािमागग, जवल्लुपुरम"

प्रजतस्ट्र्ाजपत दकए िाएंगे।

फुट नोट: मुख्य अजधसूचना क्रमांक द्वारा प्रकाजित की गई र्ीएस.ओ.508 (ई) दिनांक 2 अप्रैल, 2007 के तहत प्रकाजित की गई र्ी, जिसे

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025

S.O. 209(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National

Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways No. S.O. 508 (E)

dated the 02^nd April, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section

(ii), dated the 2^nd April, 2007 and Amendment Gazette No.S.O. 23 ( E) dated the 4^th January, 2008 and the

Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 2125(E) dated the 29^th May, 2024 namely: In the preamble of notification

S.O. 23 (E) dated the 4^th January, 2008, for the words “Special District Revenue officer, Salem”, the words

“Special District Revenue officer, Land Acquisition, National Highways, Villupuram” shall be

substituted.

Foot Note:The principal notification was published vide number S.O.508 (E) dated the 2^nd April, 2007,

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 02^nd April,

2007, Amendment Gazette No.S.O.23 ( E) dated the 04^th January, 2008 and Amendment Gazette No.

S.O.2125 ( E) dated the 29^th May, 2024.
