कदिांक 21 कदसंबर, 2023, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), कदिांक 21 कदसंबर, 2023 में
प्रकाजित और रेलर्े अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (इसमें इसके पश् चात् उक् त अजधजियम के रुप में उद्धृत) के धारा
20 ए के उपधारा (1) के तहत िारी हुई, केन्द र सरकार िे अजधसूचिा संख् या एस.ओ. 5410(ई), कदिांक 21 कदसंबर,
2023 के संलग् ि अिुसूची में, ओजडिा राज्य के सुंदरगढ़ जिले में जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोििा अर्ावत् “रांची (हरिया)-
बोंडामुंडा (डुमेरा) दोहरीकरण (158.50 ककमी)” के कायव जिष् पादि, अिुरिण, प्रबंधि और पररचालि के जलए जर्जिर्दवष् ि
भूजम अजधग्रजहत करिे का जिणवय जलया है ।
और, िबकक अजधसूचिा संख् या एस.ओ. 5410(अ), कदिांक 21 कदसम्बर, 2023 का सार उक् त अजधजियम के
धारा 20 ए के उपधारा (4) के तहत दैजिक समाचार पत्रों अर्ावत् ‘सकाल’ (उज़िया संस्ट्करण), कदिांक 15 ििर्री, 2024
और ‘िर्भारत’ (हहंदी संस्ट्करण), कदिांक 16 ििर्री, 2024 में प्रकाजित ककया गया र्ा ।
और िबकक, उजललजखत अजधजियम की धारा 20 ई की उप-धारा (1) के अिुसरण में, सिम प्राजधकारी िे केन्द र
सरकार को अपिी ररपोिव प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी है और 20ई रािपत्र अजधसूचिा िारी करिे की जसफाररि की है।;

अब, चूंकक, सिम प्राजधकारी की उक् त ररपोिव प्राप् त हो गई है, अत: उजललजखत अजधजियम की धारा 20 ई की
उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द र सरकार एतद् द्वारा घोषणा करती है कक इसके सार् संलग् ि
अिुसूची में जर्जिर्दवष् ि पूर्वकजर्त प्रयोिि के जलए भूजम को अजधग्रजहत की िाएगी ।
और इसके आगे, उजललजखत अजधजियम की धारा 20 ई की उपधारा (2) के अिुसरण में, केन्द र सरकार एतद् द्वारा
घोषणा करती है कक, रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि के बाद, इसके सार् ही संलग् ि अिुसूची में जर्जिर्दवष् ि की गई
भूजम पूणवतया केन्द र सरकार की हो िाएगी िो सभी अजतक्रमणों से मुक् त होगी ।

ओजडिा राज्य के सुंदरगढ़ जिले में जर्िेष रेलर्े पररयोििा अर्ावत् “रांची (हरिया)- बोंडामुंडा (डुमेरा) दोहरीकरण
(158.50 ककमी)” से संबंजधत ओरगा-डुमेरता अिुभाग के जलए, संरचिा सजहत या रजहत, अजधग्रजहत की िािे र्ाली भूजम
का संजिप्त जर्र्रण।

NOTIFICATION
Kolkata,the 15th January, 2025
S.O. 291(E).—Whereas, by the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (South Eastern
Railway/Construction Organization), number S.O.5410(E), dated the 21st December, 2023 published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 21st December, 2023 and issued under sub section (1) of
section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)(herein after referred to as the said Act), the Central Government,
decided its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the notification number S.O.5410(E), dated the
21st December, 2023 for execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely Ranchi
(Hatia)–Bondamunda (Dumetra) doubling (158.50Km.) in the district of Sundargarh in the State of Odisha.
And, whereas, the substance of notification number 5410(E), dated the 21st December, 2023 was published in the
daily newspapers, namely ‘Sakal’ (Odiya Edition), dated 15th January, 2024 and ‘Navbharat’ (Hindi Edition), dated 16th
January, 2024 under section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted
the report to the Central Government and recommended for issue of 20E Gazette Notification;
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the
Schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares
that on the publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest
absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances.
