नई लाइन (नई लाइन मनमाड से नया ध ले और नरडाणा से डॉ. आंबेडकर नगर) (309.43 Kms) जविेष रेलवे

पररयोिना की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के भूजम अजधग्रहण करने हेत महाराष्ट्र राज्य के ध ले जिला में जनष्पादन, अन रक्षण,

प्रबंधन, और संचालन के लोक प्रयोिन के जलए नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ में उल्लेजखत अजधकारी को उि अजधजनयम के

Mumbai, the 9th January, 2025

S.O. 318(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989

(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as

“Competent Authority” to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project “Manmad-Indore

New Line (New line between Manmad to New Dhule and Nardana to Dr. Ambedkar Nagar” (309.43 Kms)”

District Dhule in the state of Maharashtra Mentioned in Column of the said table for the public purpose of

execution maintenance, Management and operation of such special Railway Project.
