की जविेष रेल पररयोििा के सन्‍ददभा में ऐसे जविेष रेल पररयोििा के जिष्पादि, अिुरक्षण प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के लोक

प्रयोिि के जलए के स्ट् तंभ (2) में उजल्लजखत अजधकारी को उि अजधजियम के अधीि ऐसे प्राजधकारी के रूप में क्रत्यों का

जिवाहि करिे के जलए सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

Agra, the 7th January, 2025

S.O. 328(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24

of 1989), the Central Government herby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as

'competent authority' to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of

publication of this notification in the official gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project of AF-BKI Doubling

Rail Project in the state of Rajasthan relating to sub division mentioned in column (3), District mentioned in column

(4) of the said Table for the public purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special

Railway Project.
