प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ (3) में उजललजखत

उप खंड, स्ट्तम्भ (4) में उजललजखत जिले के सम्बन्द्ध में रािस्ट्थान राज्य में “उत्तर पजिम रेलवे के “लूणी-समदडी-भीलडी के बीच

दोहरीकरण” पररयोिना ( 271.97 ककमी.) की जविेष रेल पररयोिना” के सन्द्दभभ में ऐसी जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पादन,

अनुरक्षण, प्रबंधन और पररचालन के लोक पररयोिन के जलए स्ट्तम्भ (2) में उजललजखत अजधकारी को उि अजधजनयम के अधीन ऐसे

प्राजधकारी के रूप में कृत्यों का जनवभहन करने के जलए ‘सक्षम प्राजधकारी’ के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

Jaipur, the 21st January, 2025

S.O. 359(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railways (Amendment)

Act, 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table

below as ‘Competent Authority’ to perform the function as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date

of publication of this notification in the official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project “Doubling between

Luni-Samdari-Bhildi (271.97 Km.) of North Western Railway” in the state of Rajasthan relating to the sub-

divisions mentioned in column (3), district mentioned in column (4) of the said table for the public purpose of

execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
