2. उपरोक्त अजधकाररयों की जनयुजक्त, जनम् नजलजखत अिालती मामलों के जनणगय के साथ-साथ अन्‍द य दकसी भी

संबंजधत मामले में दकसी सक्षम न्‍द यायालय द्वारा पाररत दकसी अन्‍द य आिेि के अध् यधीन भी है:-

भारत के माननीय उच् चतम न्‍द यायालय में िायर जसजवल अपील सं. 629/2022 तथा संबंजधत मामले

(िरनैल ससंह बैच के मामले);

ii. अब तक दकसी सक्षम न्‍द यायालय में ििग दकए गए अनुभाग अजधकारी/ सहायक अनुभाग अजधकारी ग्रेड में

वररष्‍ट ठता, पिोजित आदि से संबंजधत मामले यदि कोई हो।

No. A-32014/1/2020-Estt.I: The President is pleased to appoint the following officers as Section Officers of

the Central Secretariat Services (CSS) in Level-8 (47,600-1,51,100) of the pay matrix on a regular basis for the Select

List Year 2024, against the Seniority Quota, w.e.f. 12.12.2024:—

2. The appointment of the above officers shall be subject to the outcome of the following court cases

and also subject to any other order passed by any competent courts in any connected matters:

i. Civil Appeal No.629/2022 in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters (Jarnail Singh

batch of cases).

ii. Matters relating to seniority, promotion etc in SO/ASO grade, if any, filed in any competent court till

date.
