का.आ. 372(अ).—भारत सरकार के आवासन और िहरी कार्य मंत्रालर् की अजधसूचना संख्र्ा का. आ 3706 (अ)

भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), तारीख 14 अक्टूबर, 2019 में प्रकाजित की गई थी, जिसके

द्वारा केंद्रीर् सरकार ने भूजमगत रेल (संकमय संजनमायण) अजधजनर्म, 1978 (1978 का 33) (जिसे इसके बाि उक्त

अजधजनर्म कहा िाएगा) की अनुसूची में पुणे मेरो रेल पररर्ोिना कॉररडोर-2 के मेरो संरेखण में पररवतयन दकर्ा था;

और भारत सरकार के आवासन और िहरी कार्य मंत्रालर् की अजधसूचना संख्र्ा का. आ 2819 (अ) भारत के

रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 19 अगस्ट्त, 2020 में प्रकाजित की गई थी, जिसके द्वारा केंद्रीर्

सरकार ने उक्त अजधजनर्म की अनुसूची में पुणे मेरो रेल पररर्ोिना कॉररडोर-1 के मेरो संरेखण में पररवतयन दकर्ा था;

और केंद्रीर् सरकार की रार् है दक मेरो रेलवे के जनमायण और रखरखाव के जलए आगे और पररवतयन आवश्र्क है,

जिससे र्ह संरेखण संबंजधत है।

अतः अब, केन्द्द्रीर् सरकार उक्त अजधजनर्म की धारा 32 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तर्ों का

प्रर्ोग करते हुए, नीचे िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (2) में जनर्ियष्ट अजधसूचनाओं में उक्त सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (3) की प्रजवजष्टर्ों में

जनर्ियष्ट सीमा के अनुसार संिोधन करती है, अथायत्: -

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st January, 2025

S.O. 372(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Housing and Urban

Affairs vide number S.O. 3706(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),

dated the 14th October, 2019, the Central Government made alteration to the metro alignment of Pune Metro Rail

Project Corridor-2 in the Schedule of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 (33 of 1978) (hereinafter

referred to as the said Act);

And whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs vide

number S.O. 2819(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the

19^th August, 2020, the Central Government made alteration to the metro alignment of Pune Metro Rail Project

Corridor-1 in the Schedule of the said Act ;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that further alteration is necessary for the construction

and maintenance of the Metro Railways to which this alignment relates.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 32 of the said

Act, the Central Government hereby makes the amendments in the notifications specified in column (2) of the table

below to the extent specified in the entries in column (3) of the said table, namely: —

In the said notification, —

for the words "Mangalwar Peth", the words "R.T.O., Pune"

shall be substituted.

dated the 19^th August, 2020.

In the said notification, -

(i) for the words "Bhosari (Nashik Phata)", the words "Nashik

Phata" shall be substituted;

(ii) for the words "Budhwar Peth", the words "Kasba Peth "

shall be substituted.
