को िन प्रयोिन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के जलए आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के काकीनाडा जिला में भूजम अजधग्रहण हेतु आजधकाररक

रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से एक जविेष रेल पररयोिना के रूप में अजधसूजचत करती है ।

Secunderabad, the 12th December, 2024

S.O. 411(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989

the Central Government hereby notifies “Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.439 at Km.

658/17-12 between Ravikampadu station yard " as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land in the State of

Andhra Pradesh in the District of Kakinada for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from

the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
