प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद् द्वारा, “पेद्दपल्ली राघवपुरम दकमी. 284/40-44 पर समपार फाटक सं. 45 के
स्ट्थान पर ऊपरी सड़क पुल के जनमााण” को िन प्रयोिन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के जलए तेलंगाना राज्य के
पेद्दपल्ली जिला में भूजम अजधग्रहण हेतु आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से एक जविेष रेल
पररयोिना के रूप में अजधसूजचत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 12th December, 2024
S.O. 382(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No.45 at
Km.284/40-44 in between Peddapalli and Raghavapuram stations" as a Special Railway Project for acquisition of land
in the State of Telangana in the District of Peddapalli for providing National Infrastructure for a public purpose with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
