करते हुए, एतद् द्वारा, “टंगुटूरु - सूरारेड्डीपालेम स्ट्टेिनों के बीच दक.मी. 272/18-20 पर जस्ट्ित समपार फाटक सं.193 के

स्ट्िान पर ऊपरी सड़क पुल का जनमााण” को िन प्रयोिन हेतु राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना प्रदान करने के जलए आंध्र प्रदेि राज्य के

प्रकािम जिले में भूजम अजधग्रहण हेतु आजधकाररक रािपत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से एक जविेष रेल

पररयोिना के रूप में अजधसूजचत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

Secunderabad, the 12th December, 2024

S.O. 400(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act,

1989 the Central Government hereby notifies "Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing

No. 193 at Km. 272/18-20 in between Tanguturu- Surareddypalem stations" as a Special Railway Project

for acquisition of land in the State of Andhra Pradesh in the District of Prakasam for providing National

Infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the

Official Gazette.
