NOTIFICATION

Patna, the 16th January, 2025

S.O. 413(E).—In exercise of Power conferred under clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railway (Amendment)

Act 2008 Additional District Magistrate, Land Acquisition, Patna, Govt of Bihar as nominated by District

Magistrate/Patna, Govt of Bihar, is hereby authorised as Competent Authority to perform the function of such

authority under the said Act in the matter of/for land acquisition for the project for project “New 4^th line & balance 3^rd

line between PUNARAKH-BARH-BAKHTIYARPUR (28.22 KM) of East Central Railway”, which is a special

Railway Project, in the State of Bihar. This will be effective from the date of publication of this notification in the

Gazette of India.
