सा.का.जन. 79(अ).—केन्द र सरकार, अजखल भारतीय सेिा अजधजनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की
उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, असम-मेघालय सरकार के परामिि से भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन)
जनयम, 2016 में आगे और संिोधन करने के जलए एततद्वारा जनम् नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अथाित् :-

ये जनयम, भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन), जद्वतीय संिोधन जनयम, 2025 कहलाएंगे ।
(2)
ये जनयम िासकीय रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रिृत होंगे ।

भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा (िेतन) जनयम, 2016 की अनुसूची II में :-
(क) राज् य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रिासजनक सेिा में िररष् ठ िेतनमान के ऊपर के िेतन िाले पिों के भाग क में, प्रथम
कॉलम में आने िाली ‘असम-मेघालय’ प्रजिजि और िूसरे कॉलम में आने िाली तिनुरूपी प्रजिजियों के स्ट् थान पर जनम् नजलजखत
प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा अथाित्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th January, 2025
G.S.R. 79(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services
Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Assam-Meghalaya hereby
makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely:─
1. (1)
These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2025.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2.
In the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, in Schedule II,–
(a)
in Part A relating to Posts carrying pay above the Senior Scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under
the State Governments, in the table, for the entry “Assam-Meghalaya” occurring in the first column and corresponding
entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:─
