(बुरहानपुर बायपास) दक.मी 0+000 से दक.मी. 10+47 तक के पेव्ड िोल्डर के साथ िो लेन में उन्नयन हेतु उि अनुसूची

के स्ट्तम्भ (4), (5), (6) और (7) में क्रमिः उजल्लजखत राज्य, जिलों, तालुकों और गावों से सम्बजन्द्धत उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2025

S.O. 476(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule

annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in

the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to state, districts, taluka, and villages mentioned

in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (widening/2 laning with paved shoulders

etc,) Maintenance, Management and operation of the National Highway NH347C Loni to Burhanpur Road

(Burhanpur Bypass) from km.0+000 to km.10+47 in the District Burhanpur , in the State of MADHYA

PRADESH.
