का.आ. 479(अ).—केन्द्रीय सिकाि ने, िाष्ट्रीय िाजमार्ग अधिधनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पस्चात उक्त अधिधनयम कहा र्या है) की िािा 3क की उपिािा (1) के अिीन जािी की र्ई भाित सिकाि के सड़क परिवहन

औि िाजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 4799 (E) तािीख 05.11.2024 , जो भाित के िाजपत्र, असािािण,

भार् II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वािा आंध्र प्रदेि िाज्य के श्री सत्या साई धजले में NH-716G के कक.मी.

0/000 से कक.मी. 60/000 ( मुद्दानुि से ) तक के भूखण्ड के धनमागण,(चौड़ा किने / चाि लेन का बनाने आकद ),अनुिक्षण,

प्रबंिनऔि प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के धलए उस धलए उस अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगन

किने के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी;

औि उक्त अधिसूचना का साि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3क की उपिािा (3) के अिीन तािीख" 14.11.2024"

को " दा हंस इंधडया (अंग्रेजी) " औि "आंध्र प्रभा (तेलुर्ु) " दोनों में प्रकाधित ककया र्या था;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी को दकसी व्यजि से कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नहीं हुए है ;

औि सक्षम प्राधिकािी ने उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (1) के अनुसिण में, केन्द्रीय सिकाि को अपनी

रिपोर्ग दे दी है ;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, सक्षम प्राधिकािी की उक्त रिपोर्ग प्राप्त हो जाने पि औि उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ

की उपिािा (1) द्वािा प्रदत्त िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् किते हुए, यह घोषणा किती है कक उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त

प्रयोजन के धलए अजगन ककया जाना चाधहए ;

औि अब, केन्द्रीय सिकाि, उक्त अधिधनयम की िािा 3घ की उपिािा (2) के अनुसिण में यह घोषणा किती है कक

इस अधिसूचना के िाजपत्र में प्रकािन पि, उक्त अनुसूची में धवधनर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकि आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से

केन्द्रीय सिकाि में धनधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2025

S.O. 479(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways, Department of Road Transport and Highways number S.O 4799 (E) dt: 05.11.2024 published in Gazette of

India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention

to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (Widening / four

laning etc,), maintenance , management and operation of National Highway No. 716G in the stretch of land from Km

0.000 to Km 60.000 ( Muddanur to B.Kothapalli Section) in Sri Sathya Sai district in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “The Hans India (English) ” and

“Andhraprabha (Telugu)” both dated 14.11.2024 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas no objections has been received from any person by the competent authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
