का.आ. 5749(अ).— रेलवे अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) की धारा 20A की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त
िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए (जिसे आगे “उि अजधजनयम” के रूप में संबोजधत दकया गया है), भारत सरकार, इस तथ्य से
संतुष्ट होने के पश्चात् दक सावविजनक उद्देश्य की पूर्तव हेतु अनुसूची में वर्णवत भूजम, जविेष रेलवे पररयोिना अर्ावत् “कनावटक
राज्य में रायचूर जिले के रायचूर तालुका के मटमारर ग्राम जस्ट्र्त मटमारर स्ट्टेिन याडव में दकमी 547/4-5 पर समपार संख्या
213 के स्ट्र्ान पर सड़क उपरर सेतु का जनमावण कायव” के जनष्पादन के जलए आवश्यक है, इस अजधसूचना द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का
अजधग्रहण करने की अपनी मंिा घोजषत करती है।
कोई भी व्यजि, िो उि भूजम में रुजच रखता है, वह इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की जतजर् से तीस (30)
ददनों के भीतर, उि अजधजनयम की धारा 20D की उप-धारा (1) के अंतगवत, उपयुवि उद्देश्य के जलए उि भूजम के अजधग्रहण
एवं उपयोग पर अपनी आपजत्तयााँ प्रस्ट्तुत कर सकता है।
प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ावत् सहायक आयुि, रायचूर को जलजखत रूप में प्रस्ट्तुत की िाएगी तर्ा
उसमें आपजत्त के आधार स्ट्पष्ट रूप से अंदकत दकए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ावत् सहायक आयुि , रायचूर, आपजत्त करने
वाले व्यजि को व्यजिगत रूप से अर्वा कानूनी प्रैजटटिनर के माध्यम से सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा तर्ा सभी आपजत्तयों
को सुनने के पश्चात् एवं आवश्यक समझे िाने पर दकसी भी अजतररि िााँच-पड़ताल के उपरांत, सिम प्राजधकारी अपने आदेि
द्वारा ऐसी आपजत्तयों को स्ट्वीकृत अर्वा अस्ट्वीकृत कर सकता है।

इस अजधसूचना के अंतगवत आने वाली भूजम की भूजम योिनाएाँ एवं अन्य जववरण उपलब्ध हैं तर्ा इच्छुक व्यजि
सिम प्राजधकारी (CALA) के उपयुवि कायावलय में उनका अवलोकन कर सकते हैं।

NOTIFICATION
Secunderabad, the 11th December, 2025
S.O. 5749(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act 1989
(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public
purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the schedule annexed here to, is required for the execution
of The Special Railway Project namely, “Construction of Road Over Bridge in Lieu of Level Crossing (LC) No. 213 at
Km.547/4-5 at Matmari station yard in Matmari Village of Raichur Taluka in Raichur District” in the State of Karnataka,
hereby declares its intension to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of
this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of Section 20-D of the said Act.
Every such objection, shall be made to the Competent Authority namely Assistant Commissioner, Raichur in
writing and shall be set out the grounds there of and the Competent Authority and Assistant Commissioner, Raichur
shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and may. after hearing all
such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order,
either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub section (2) of section 20-D of the said act shall be final.
