सा.का.जन. 896(अ).— राष्ट्रपजत, संजिधान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए
और खाद्य प्रसंस्ट्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय (समूह 'घ' पि) भती जनयम, 1994, का उन बातों के जसिाए अजधकांत करते हुए
जिन्हें ऐसे अजधक्रमण से पूिव दकया गया है या करने का लोप दकया गया है, खाद्य प्रसंस्ट्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय में बहु कायव
कमवचाररि ंि (समूह 'ग') के पि पर भती की पद्धजत को जिजनयजमत करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, अर्ावत:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन जनयमों का नाम खाद्य प्रसंस्ट्करण उद्योग मंत्रालय, बहु कायव कमवचाररि ंि
(समूह 'ग' पि) भती जनयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. पिों की संख्या, िगीकरण और िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर - पिों की संख्या, उनका िगीकरण और िेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर िे
होंगे िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जिजनर्िवष्ट हैं।
3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहवता आदि- उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहवता तर्ा उससे संबंजधत अन्य
बातें िे होंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जिजनर्िवष्ट हैं।

4.- जनरहवता- कोई व्यजि,-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जििाह दकया है जिसका पजत या पत्नी िीजित है; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या पत्नी के िीजित होते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जििाह दकया है,
उि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए पात्र नहीं होगा:
परन्तु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाए दक ऐसा जििाह ऐसे व्यजि और जििाह के िूसरे पिकार पर
लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रितवन
से छूट िे सकेगी।
5. जिजर्ल करने की िजि-िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हो दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन है, िहां िह उसके
जलए िो कारण हैं, उन्हें अजभजलजखत करके, आिेि द्वारा, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी िगव या प्रिगव के व्यजियों के
संबंध में जिजर्ल कर सकेगी।
6. व्याि जत्त - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरिण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालेगी,
जिनका केंरीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय - समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयााँ ,
अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े िगों, भूतपूिव सैजनकों और अन्य जििेष प्रिगव के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th December, 2025
G.S.R. 896(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (Group ‘D’ Posts), Recruitment Rules, 1994, except as
respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules
regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff in the Ministry of Food Processing Industries,
namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Food Processing Industries,
Multi Tasking Staff (Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of Posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the post, its classification and level in
the pay matrix attached there to, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc.-The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification and other
matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.-No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt
any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,
by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class
or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be
provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other
special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in
this regard.
