रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम-2008 की धारा 20(ई) के तहत

का.आ. 5759(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एवं रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम

2008 (2008 का 11)(जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 ‘क’ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन

िारी, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii), तारीख 20 जसतम्बर 2022 में प्रकाजित भारत

सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोडड) की अजधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 5626 (E) तारीख 19 दिसम्बर 2024 (जिसे इसमे

इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया है), द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना से उपाबद्ध अन सूची में जवजनर्िडष्ट भूजम को महाराष्ट्र

राज्य के िलगांव जिले में जविेष रेल पररयोिना अर्ाडत “पाचोरा - िामनेर का मलकाप र तक जवस्ट्तार - नैरो गेि से ब्रॉड

गेि” की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पािन, अन रक्षण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजक्षत है, ऐसी भूजम का अिडन

करने के आिय की घोषणा की र्ी I

और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उप धारा (4) के अधीन जविेष भूजम अजधग्रहण

अजधकारी (१) (यूटीपीएच) िलगांव, जिला िैजनक सामाचार पत्रों अर्ाडत “िैजनक तरुण भारत” और “प ण्यनगरी” में तारीख

19-12-2024 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा I

और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को कोई आक्षेप प्राप्त नही हुए I

और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अन सरण में सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने अपनी ररपोटड केंरीय

सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर िी है I

अतः अब केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटड के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की

उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषण करती है दक इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची मे जवजनर्िडष्ट भूजम

पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडत की िाएगी I

और यह दक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20ड दक उप-धारा (2) के अन सरण में यह घोषणा करती है

दक रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची में जवजनर्िडष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों से म क्त होकर

केंरीय सरकार मे आतयांदकत रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी I

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, 11th December, 2025

Under clause 20E of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008

S.O. 5759(E).–Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway

Board), number, S.O 5626 (E) dated 19^th December 2024 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 20^th September 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification ) and issued

under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008 (11

of 2008) (hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (11 of 2008), the Central Government declares

its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution,

maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Pachora-Jamner with extension up to

Malkapur-Narrow Gauge to Broad Gauge (84.34 Kms)” in the district of Jalgaon in the State of Maharashtra.

And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in for SLAO(1)UTPH.Jalgaon daily

Marathi newspapers namely “Dainik Tarun Bharat” & “Punyanagari” Dated 19-12-2024 under sub section (4)

of section 20A of the said Act; and whereas, no objections were received.

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in

the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed

hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.

SCHEDULE

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structures, falling within the Special Railway

Project of “Pachora-Jamner with extension up to Malkapur-Narrow Gauge to Broad Gauge (84.34 Kms)”
