का.आ. 5771(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजियम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त

अजधजियम कहा गया है) की धारा 20क की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधाि हो िािे के

पश्चात दक लोक प्रयोिि के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में दिया गया है, मध्य प्रिेि

राज्य के जिवाड़ी जिले के तहसील जिवाड़ी में जविेष रेल पररयोििा, अर्ाात “झााँसी-खैरार-माजिकपुर एवं खैरार-भीमसेि

रेल लाईि िोहरीकरण पररयोििा (411 दकमी)” के जिष्पािि, अिुरिण, प्रबंधि और प्रचालि के प्रयोिि के जलए अपेजित

है, ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करिे के जलए अपिे आिय की घोषणा करती है;

उक्त भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई भी व्यजक्त, इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से तीस दिि की अवजध के

भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (1) के अधीि उपरोक्त प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और उपयोग

के संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा;

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाात् अिुजवभागीय अजधकारी, रािस्ट्व, जिवाड़ी, जिला- जिवाड़ी (म0प्र0)

को जलजखत में दकया िाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णात दकए िाएंगे और सिम प्राजधकारी, आिेपकताा को या तो

व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जवजधव्यवसायी के माध्यम से सुिवाई का अवसर प्रिाि करेगा और सभी ऐसे आिेपों की सुिवाई करिे

तर्ा ऐसी और िांच, यदि कोई हो, करिे के पश्चात, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे, आिेि द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को

अिुज्ञात या अििुज्ञात कर सकेगा;

उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उपधारा (2) के अधीि सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आिेि अंजतम

होगा; इस अजधसूचिा के अधीि आिेवाली भूजम का रेखांकि और अन्द्य ब्योरे उपलब्ध हैं और इच्छुक व्यजक्त द्वारा सिम

प्राजधकारी के उपयुाक्त कायाालय में उिका जिरीिण दकया िा सकता है |

अिुसूची

मध्य प्रिेि राज्य में जविेष रेल पररयोििा “झााँसी-खैरार-माजिकपुर एवं खैरार-भीमसेि रेल लाईि िोहरीकरण पररयोििा”

NOTIFICATION

Jhansi, the 13th December, 2025

S.O. 5771(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989

(24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government after being satisfied that for the public purpose

the land the brief description of which has been given in the schedule annexed hereto is required for the purpose of execution,

maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project namely, “Jhansi-Khairar-Manikpur & Khairar-

Bhimsen Railway Doubling Project (411 km)” in the district of Niwari in the State of Madhya Pradesh, hereby declares

its intention to acquire such land;

Any person interested in the said land may within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this

notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under

sub-section (1) of section 20 D of the said Act;

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, SDM, Niwari, District- Niwari

(Madhya Pradesh) in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an

opportunity of being heard either in person or by legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections and after making

such further enquiry, if any as the Competent Authority thinks necessary by order either allow or disallow the objections;

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20 D of the said Act shall be final;

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by

the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.

Brief Description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, for the Special Railway Project, namely

“Construction of Jhansi-Khairar-Manikpur & Khairar-Bhimsen Rail Line Doubling Project” under Niwari
