का.आ. 5828(अ).— भारत सरकार को लोकजित में यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक तजमलनाडु राज्य में

बी.पी.सी.एल. इरुगुर टर्मिनल, कोयम्बतूर से िेवनगोंदि टर्मिनल, बेंगलुरु तक पेरोजलयम उत्पािों के पररविन के जलए मेससि

भारत पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड, द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन जबछाई िानी चाजिए;

और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता िै दक उस भूजम में,

जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाए िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै और िो इस अजधसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची में वर्णित िै, उपयोग के

अजधकार का अििन दकया िाए;

अतः अब, भारत सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन) अजधजनयम,

1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम उपयोग के अजधकार

का अििन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती िै;

कोई भी व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम से सम्बद्ध िै या उसमें जित रखता िै, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3

की उपधारा (1) के अधीन यथा िारी इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां, िैसा दक भारत के रािपत्र में प्रकाजित दकया िाता िैं और

जिसे आम िनता को उपलब्ध कराया िाता िै, की तारीख से 21 दिनों के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाए िाने के

संबंध में यदि कोई आक्षेप िै तो वि उसे सक्षम प्राजधकारी, मेससि भारत पेरोजलयम कॉपोरेिन जलजमटेड, इरुगुर- िेवनगोंदि

पाइपलाइन, एस एफ नंबर 586/2, रावथुर पी ओ, कोयम्बतूर - 641103, तजमलनाडु राज्य को जलजखत रूप में भेि सकेगा|

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2025

S.O. 5828(E).— Whereas it appears to the Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for

transportation of petroleum products through BPCL Irugur Terminal, Coimbatore to Devangonthi Terminal, Bangalore

Multi Product Pipeline Project in the State of Tamilnadu a pipeline should be laid by M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation

Limited;

And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary

to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in

the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals

Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962,(50 of 1962) Government of India hereby declares its

intention to acquire the Right of User therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of

which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette

of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of User therein for

laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, M/s Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Irugur-

Devangonthi Pipeline, SF No.586/2, Irugur, Ravathur PO, Coimbatore- 641103 in the State of Tamilnadu.
