का.आ. 5845(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा 3क की उपिारा (1) के अिीि जारी की र्ई भारत सरकार के सड़क पररवहि

और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचिा संख्या का.आ. 1167 तारीख 12/03/2025, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असािारण, भार्

II, खण्ड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाधित की र्ई थी, द्वारा हररयाणा राज्य के फरीदाबाद धजले में फरीदाबाद बल्लभर्ढ़ बाईपास

से ददल्ली-बडोदरा एक्सप्रेसवे NH148NA के दक.मी. 13.000 से दक.मी. 43.700 तक के भू-खण्ड के धिमागण (चौड़ीकरण/

पेव्ड िोल्डर सधहत 6-लेि का बिािा आदद), अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए उस अधिसूचिा से

उपाबद्ध अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी ;

और उक्त अधिसूचिा का सार उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3क की उपिारा (3) के अिीि तारीख "27 माचग 2025 "

को "द हंस" (अंग्रेजी) और "हरी भूधम" (हहंदी) दोिों में प्रकाधित दकया र्या था ;

जबदक सक्षम प्राधिकारी को िारा 3-र् के तहत दायर आपधि प्राप्त हुई है, धजस पर धवचार दकया र्या है और उसका

उधचत रूप से धिपटाि दकया र्या;

और सक्षम प्राधिकारी िे उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (1) के अिुसरण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपिी

ररपोटग दे दी है ;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राधिकारी की उक्त ररपोटग प्राप्त हो जािे पर और उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ

की उपिारा (1) द्वारा प्रदि िधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती है दक उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम का पूवोक्त

प्रयोजि के धलए अजगि दकया जािा चाधहए ;

और अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा 3घ की उपिारा (2) के अिुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है दक

इस अधिसूचिा के राजपत्र में प्रकािि पर, उक्त अिुसूची में धवधिर्दगष्ट भूधम सभी धवल्लंर्मों से मुक्त होकर आत्यधन्द्तक रूप से

केन्द्रीय सरकार में धिधहत हो जाएर्ी ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th December, 2025

S.O. 5845(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road

Transport and Highways, S.O. 1167 (E) dated 12.03.2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956)

(hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in

the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/Six-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and

operation in respect of the stretch of the land from km. 13.000 to km. 43.700 of the New National Highways NH-148NA

extension of DND-Faridabad-Ballabgarh-Bypass junction with Delhi-Vadodra Expressway near KMP interchange in

the stretch of land in the District of Faridabad in the state of Haryana.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Hari Bhoomi” and “The Hans” both

dated 27.03.2025; under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3-C, considered and settled

the same appropriately;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Competent Authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.

SCHEDULE

Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, fallingin respect of the stretch of the land from

km. 13.000 to km. 43.700 of the New National Highways NH-148NA extension of DND-Faridabad-Ballabgarh-

Bypass junction with Delhi-Vadodra Expressway near KMP interchange in the stretch of land in the District of

Faridabad in the state of Haryana.
