का.आ. 5863(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिधियम १९५६ (१९५६ का ४८) (धजसे इसमें इसके

पश्चात् उक्त अधिधियम कहा र्या है) की िारा ३ क की उप-िारा (१) द्वारा प्रदत्त शधक्तयों का प्रयोर् करते हुए, यह समािाि

हो जािे के पश्चात् कक महाराष्ट्र राज्य के रत्नाधर्री धजले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग ६६ के कक.मी.१६१ .६ से कक.मी.२०५.४ (सब

धिधिजिल ऑकिसर खेि),अिुरक्षण, प्रबन्द्िि और प्रचालि के लोक प्रयोजि के धलए िह भूधम अपेधक्षत है धजसका संधक्षप्त

िणगि िीचे अिुसूची में कदया र्या है, ऐसी भूधम का अजगि करिे के अपिे आशय की घोषणा करती है ।

कोई भी व्यधक्त, जो भूधम में धहतबद्ध है, उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३ र् की उप-िारा (१) के अिीि पूिोक्त प्रयोजि

के धलए ऐसी भूधम के उपयोर् पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचिा के प्रकाशि की तारीख से इक्कीस कदि के भीतर अपिी आपधत्त

प्रकट कर सकेर्ा ।

ऐसी प्रत्येक आक्षेप सक्षम प्राधिकारी, तथा सब धिधिजिल ऑकिसर खेि धजल्हा रत्नाधर्री को धलधखत रूप में ककया

जायर्ा और उसमें उसके आिार अधिकधथत ककए जाएंर्े और सक्षम प्राधिकारी, आपधत्तकताग को व्यधक्तर्त रूप में या ककसी

धिधि व्यिसायी द्वारा सुिे जािे का अिसर देर्ा और ऐसी आक्षेपो की सुििाई के पश्चात् तथा ऐसी और जााँच करिे के पश्चात्,

यकद कोई हो, धजसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी आिश्यक समझे, आदेश द्वारा या तो आपधत्तयों को अिुज्ञात कर सकेर्ा या अििुज्ञात

कर सकेर्ा ।

उक्त अधिधियम की िारा ३ र् की उप-िारा (२) के अिीि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा ककया र्या कोई भी आदेश अंधतम

होर्ा ।

MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 17th December, 2025

S.O. 5863(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways

Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the

public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for Building

(Widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,) maintenance,management and operation of NH66 in

the stretch of land from Km 161.6 to Km 205.4 (Sub Divisional Officer Khed) in the district of Ratnagiri in the

state of MAHARASHTRA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in

the Official Gazette, raise objections to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section

3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Sub Divisional Officer Khed District

Ratnagiri, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an

opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and

after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either Allow or

disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.

the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
