रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम 2008 की धारा 20A के तहत

का.आ. 5882(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, ने रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24), एवं रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम

2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 20 ‘ए’ के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रित्त

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो िाने के पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण

इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची मे दिया गया है, महाराष्ट्र राज्य के नाजसक जिला में “PH-16:-ओढा स्ट्टेिन - 2027 में क ंभ मेला यातायात

को संभालने के जलए स्ट्टॅबललंग लाइनों का प्रावधान ” की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पािन, अन रिण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के

जलए अपेजित है , ऐसी भूजम का अिजन करने के आिय दक घोषणा करती है I

उक्त भूजम मे जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त , रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से तीस दिन के भीतर , उक्त

अजधजनयम दक धारा 20घ दक उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपय जक्त प्रयोिन के जलए एसी भूजम के अिजन और उपयोग के संबंध मे

आिेप कर सकेगा I

प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाजत सहायक जिल्हाजधकारी तर्ा अन जवभागीय अजधकारी, नाजिक,

महाराष्ट्र को जलजखत मे दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णजत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताज को व्यजक्तगत

रूप से या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रिान करेगा और ऐसे आिेपों दक स नवाई करने तर्ा ऐसी िांच

उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आिेि अंजतम

होगा I

इस अजधसूचना के अधीन आने वाली भूजम का रेखांकन और भूजम के अन्द्य ब्यौरे उपलब्ध है और जहतबद्ध व्यजक्त द्वारा

सिम प्राजधकारी के उपय जक्त कायाजलय मे उनका जनरीिण दकया िा सकता है I

Mumbai, the 5th December, 2025

Under clause 20A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008

S.O. 5882(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the

Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (No.11 of

2008), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description

of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for purpose of execution, maintenance,

management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “PH-16:- Odha station - Provision of

stabling lines for handling Kumbh Mela traffic in 2027” District Nashik in the State of Maharashtra,

hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication

of this notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the

aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Assistant Collector and Sub

divisional officer, Nashik, Maharashtra in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof, and the Competent

Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner and

may, after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority

thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act

shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be

inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
