सा.का.जन. 906(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, सीमा सुरक्षा बल अजधजनयम, 1968 (1968 का 47) की धारा 141 की

उपधारा (2) के खंड (ख) और खंड (ग) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सीमा सुरक्षा बल, साधारण ड्यूटी काडर

(अरािपजत्रत) भती जनयम, 2015 में और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती है, अर्ाात्: -

(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम सीमा सुरक्षा बल, साधारण ड्यूटी काडर (अरािपजत्रत) भती (संिोधन)

जनयम, 2025 है।

(2)

ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।

सीमा सुरक्षा बल, साधारण ड्यूटी काडर (अरािपजत्रत) भती जनयम, 2015 में, अनुसूची में, क्रम संखयांक 5 के

सामने, कांस्ट्टेबल के पि से संबंजधत :-

(क)

स्ट्तंभ (6) में, प्रजवजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजियां रखी िाएंगी, अर्ाात्:-

टटप्पण 1: आयु-सीमा अवधाटरत करने के जलए जनणाायक तारीख वह होगी िो कमाचारी चयन आयोग या संबंजधत

नोडल बल द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की िाए।

टटप्पण 2: भूतपूवा अजिवीरों के प्रर्म बैच के अभ्यर्र्ायों के जलए ऊपरी आयु-सीमा पांच वर्ा तक जिजर्ल की िा

सकती है।

टटप्पण 3: भूतपूवा अजिवीरों के अभ्यर्र्ायों के जलए ऊपरी आयु-सीमा तीन वर्ा तक जिजर्ल की िा सकती है।

(ख)

स्ट्तंभ (7) में, प्रजवजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजियां रखी िाएंगी, अर्ाात्: -

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडा से 10वीं कक्षा उत्तीणा या समतुल्य या भूतपूवा सैन्य कार्माकों के मामले में

समतुल्य सेना अहाता;

(ii) कांस्ट्टेबल (साधारण ड्यूटी) के पि पर भती के जलए िारीटरक और जचदकत्सा मानिंड केंद्रीय सरकार

द्वारा समय-समय पर जवजहत स्ट्कीम के अनुसार लागू होंगे;

(iii) भती के जलए जवज्ञापन में उजल्लजखत कांस्ट्टेबल (साधारण ड्यूटी) के जलए यर्ाजवजहत िारीटरक िक्षता

परीक्षा और जलजखत परीक्षा अर्हात करनी होगी;

(iv) भूतपूवा अजिवीरों को िारीटरक मानिंड परीक्षा और िारीटरक िक्षता परीक्षा से छूट िी िाएगी।

(ग)

स्ट्तंभ 10 में, प्रजवजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजियां रखी िांएगी, अर्ाात्:-

“प्रत्येक भती वर्ा में सीधी भती में पचास प्रजतित टरजियां भूतपूवा अजिवीरों के जलए आरजक्षत की िाएंगी,

िस प्रजतित भूतपूवा सैजनकों के जलए और तीन प्रजतित तक वार्र्ाक टरजियां आमेलन के जलए योधक

कांस्ट्टेबल (रेडमैन) के जलए आरजक्षत की िाएंगी।

भूतपूवा सैजनकों के जलए

प्रजतजनयुजि या पुनर्नायोिन

टटप्पण 1: प्रर्म चरण में, भूतपूवा अजिवीरों के जलए जनजित पचास प्रजतित टरजियों के जलए नोडल बल

द्वारा भती की िाएगी।

टटप्पण 2: जद्वतीय चरण में, प्रर्म चरण के दकसी जवजनर्िाि प्रवगा में भूतपूवा अजिवीरों की अपूटरत टरजियों

के सार् िेर् सैंतालीस प्रजतित (िस प्रजतित भूतपूवा सैजनकों सजहत) टरजियों के जलए कमाचारी चयन

आयोग द्वारा भूतपूवा अजिवीरों से जभन्न अभ्यर्र्ायों के जलए भती की िाएगी।

टटप्पण 3: मजहला अभ्यर्र्ायों के जलए टरजियां महाजनिेिक सीमा सुरक्षा बल द्वारा कायाात्मक अपेक्षा के

आधार पर वर्ा-िर-वर्ा आधार पर संगजणत की िाएगी। ';

(घ)

स्ट्तंभ 11 में,-

(i) आमेलन से संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजि रखी िाएगी, अर्ाात्:-

“आमेलन:

बल के पात्र योद्धक कांस्ट्टेबल (रेड्मैन) में से, जिन्होंने बल में न्यूनतम पांच वर्ा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो और जिनकी

आयु पैंतीस वर्ा से कम हो।”;

(ii)

स्ट्तंभ 2 में “बावन वर्ा” िब्िों के स्ट्र्ान पर “छप्पन वर्ा” िब्ि रखे िाएंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th December, 2025

G.S.R. 906(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 141

of the Border Security Force Act,1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further

to amend the Border Security Force, General Duty Cadre (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely:-

(1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force, General Duty Cadre (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment

(Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Border Security Force, General Duty Cadre (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2015, in the Schedule,

against serial number 5, relating to the post of Constable,-

(a) in column (6), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Between 18 and 23 years.

Note 1: The crucial date for determination of the age-limit shall be as advertised by the Staff Selection

Commission or the concerned Nodal Force.

Note 2: The upper age- limit shall be relaxable upto five years for the candidates of the first batch of ex-

Agniveers.

Note 3: The upper age-limit shall be relaxable upto three years for the candidates of ex-Agniveers.”;

(b) in column (7), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“(i)

10^th Class pass or equivalent from a recognised Board or equivalent Army

qualification in case of ex-Army personnel;

(ii)

Physical and medical standard for recruitment to the post of Constable (General Duty) shall be

applicable as per the scheme prescribed by the Central Government from time to time;

(iii)

Must qualify Physical Efficiency Test and written examination as prescribed for Constable (General

Duty) mentioned in the advertisement for recruitment;

(iv)

ex-Agniveers shall be exempted from Physical Standard Test and Physical Efficiency Test.”;

“By direct recruitment (including fifty per cent. vacancies shall be reserved for ex-Agniveers in every

recruitment year, ten per cent. from ex-Servicemen and upto three per cent. for absorption of annual vacancy

amongst Combatised Constable (Tradesmen).

For ex-servicemen

Deputation or Re-employment

Note 1: In the first phase, the recruitment shall be conducted by the Nodal Force for fifty per cent. vacancies

earmarked for ex-Agniveers.

Note 2: In the second phase, recruitment shall be conducted by the Staff Selection Commission for candidates

other than ex-Agniveers for the remaining forty-seven per cent.(including ten per cent. ex-Servicemen) for the

vacancies alongwith the unfilled vacancies of ex-Agniveers in a specific category in the first stage.

Note 3: The vacancies for female candidates shall be calculated on year to year basis by the Director General

Border Security Force on functional requirement basis.”;

(d) in column 11,- (i) for the entries relating to the absorption, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -

“Absorption:

Amongst eligible Combatised Constable (Tradesmen) of the Force having minimum five years regular service

in the Force and are below thirty five years of age.”;

(ii) in the Note 2 for the words “fifty-two years”, the words “fifty-six years” shall be substituted.

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide notification number G.S.R. 830 (E),

dated the 30^th October, 2015 and subsequently amendment vide notification number G.S.R. 1208 (E), dated the

28^th September, 2017, number G.S.R. 174 (E), dated the 6^th March, 2023 and number G.S.R. 387 (E), dated the

17 June, 2025.
