रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम 2008 की धारा 7A के तहत

का.आ. 5883(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) एंव रेलवे (संिोधन) अजधजनयम

2008 (2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया हैI) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों

का प्रयोग करते हुए, इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से नीचे िी गई सारणी, “मध्य रेल - 3000 मीट्ररक टन

लोडडंग लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के जलए पचोरा - बडनेरा खंड के जलए इलेजररक रैरिन जसस्ट्टम का उन्नयन कायय” “जविेष रेलवे

पट्ररयोिना” की जविेष रेल पट्ररयोिना के भूजम अजधग्रहण करने हेत महाराष्ट्र राज्य के िळगाव जिला में जनष्पािन, अन रक्षण,

प्रबंधन, और संचालन के लोक प्रयोिन के जलए नीचे िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तम्भ में उल्लेजखत अजधकारी को उक्त अजधजनयम के

अधीन ऐसे प्राजधकारी के रूप में कृत्यों का जनवयहन करने के जलए सक्षम प्राजधकारी के रूप में प्राजधकृत करती है |सारणी

NOTIFICATION

Mumbai, the 17th December, 2025

Under clause 7A of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008

S.O. 5883(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act,

1989 (24 of 1989), (hereinafter referred to the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008 (No.11 of 2008), the Central

Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as “Competent Authority”

to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project “Central Railway – Upgradation

work of Electric Traction System for Pachora-Badnera Section to meet 3000 MT loading target” in Jalgaon

District mentioned in Column of the said table for the public purpose of execution maintenance, Management and

operation of such special Railway Project.
